Welcome to Zavro Threads. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zavro Threads website and the purchase of products from us. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Products
We sell premium quality T-shirts and Polo shirts. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
- Product colors may slightly vary due to screen display differences.
- We do not guarantee that every size will always be in stock.
- Customized or personalized products are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Zavro Threads reserves the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is identified.
4. Order Placement & Confirmation
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email once accepted. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in major cities. Zavro Threads is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection. Sale, discounted, or customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Zavro Threads website, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Zavro Threads. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zavro Threads shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
10. Changes to Terms
Zavro Threads reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
